Why is Management posting false reviews

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I know that management must be posting the 5 of 5 reviews, I lived there for 1 1/2 years and I know that no tenant has that feeling about the apartments. If at all possable I would recomend legal action or putting your rent into escrow untill management comes around and repairs the errors in the complex.
In the past 2 years there has been 4 arrest (Felony) 2 Murders and 1 Police Shooting. If you like living in an unsafe place this is it. I live in NY, NY and I feel safer now than I did living there.
