When we first moved in we thought we might have made a mistake. However, when the current manager took over things did get cleaned up quite a bit. The two main problems we had were that when we did call for maintenance it took for ever. I don't know if it was because they were backed up on requests or if they were even getting the requests at all. The other problem we had was that the two "young men" above us were nightmares that we couldn't wake up from. Again after the current manager took over things got a little better, but, had it been me and I had recieved as many complaints about them as I gave, they would have been tossed a long time ago. As long as you are the kind of person who doesn't have a problem being the squeaky wheel, you should be okay. I think the crime for the complex has also gotten better than when we moved in. You have to keep in mind that guns are everywhere, there is no getting away from them... there is no perfect apartment complex. I don't know if they still use the same towing company, but the one that was there was "tow-happy". So make sure your stickers are highly visible and make sure you get a new one AS SOON AS you notice the sun has faded the numbers, do not park crooked and make sure your guests are parked in visitors spots or THEY WILL BE TOWED!
