Bad management

I have lived here for 4yrs.
England Run is not a bad place to live. The place is great, it is who they have running the place(management,staff,maintence).When you have bad management, everything goes down. My question is if we have such a good management team, why are there so many complaints and problems. Is everyone lying..........
