I lived in ERN for about a year and a half. The first day we moved in, we were adviced by a tenant NOT to move in. I didn't pay much attention to him. I was excited about getting into my apartment. When we moved in, the floors were still damped and it smelled like humid. Everything else was fine. We were told by the office that we would get a water bill every three months. NOT TRUE. Every month and they will notify you if you are a couple days late! We never received a key to the work out room. We were told this story about not enough keys were made. We had fleas in our apartment from the tenants before us. They came and exterminated it. Our kitchen over flowed with water because the tenant above us had her washer & dryer connected wrong. Our AC went out in the middle of the summer. We had to wait 4 days to get it fixed. There is only 1 dumpster for the whole complex and when it's full, tenants leave their garbage everywhere! It looked so ghetto! There was a shooting and a man was killed around the 4th of July or Labor Day weekend. He was a fugitive staying with a girlfriend. Police blocked off the area. The office didn't give no form of explanation or apology. That's when we decided to move out. There was a child that fell from the 3rd floor window that lived on Cythias Pl. The screen was not fixed. Yes, you are going to have some kind of crime where ever you live but MANGEMENT can prevent some of the things from happening.
