Wow, viewers, it does not take a genius to figure out that almost everyone on this site is using it as a vendictive sounding board. What amazes me, is that almost all have lived at the apt. community for more than a year. LEAVE...YOU ARE FREE TO GO.

I would just like to say that the reason that most people dont move is because they dont have many options. As many posters say, the apartments themselves are beautiful and well worth the money, but the headache that you get from management makes living here difficult. If you havent noticed, you can not even buy a townhome in england run for under 250k. Only options in the area are to live in a Hercules property, live in some place like the Village (the hood) or to live in a non-tax credit community and pay twice the rent. So unfortunately, some folks that dont make a whole lot of money and if you did you wouldnt be living here, so that must be all of us, dont have much choice. I pay my rent on time every month. I have had problems with management years ago, but not lately. Maintenance is slow and you have to call several times to get anything done. There is only one trash can in the entire complex, I have to drive mine to the garbage. There is only one tiny playground and no where else for the loads of kids that live in the complex to play at. But as I mentioned it has it's good points. The apartments are huge and the best for your money in the area. I personally dont fear for my safety. I know one other thing is the water bills seem to be getting out of control.

Wow, viewers, it does not take a genius to figure out that the person at the bottom with the best rating works for, or is friends with management and is trying to make up for the bad review. MOST PEOPLE HAVE A LEASE AND CANT LEAVE UNTIL ITS UP!

I lived there for a year and did move. I am well educated as well and hold a decent job. It doesnt change the fact management is in desperate need of common manner lessons, maintenance is bad, parking is bad, trash is bad, kids running around are bad, and if anyone doubts the thugs living there then check with the Staffod Sheriff Dept to see how many times they have been called to the location and maybe check the newspaper articles for drug raids and even shootings. It doesnt take a 5 yr old to realize this complex needs help and is not safe. What amazes me more is how the management team creates names on here to post good reviews and then looks to see whose posted and if they can identify them. I have seen this done. Its not a good place to live and no amount of new names to give good rating by management will change that. They should work on the issues and I bet they would find ratings going up.
