Well, well, well, I have been looking for a sounding board to be able to warn people away from this place. I read every one of the reviews, and I cannot for the life of me understand how ANYONE can recommend this as a quality living area. I have been here two years, two very long years. One of the reviews said that we are free to go if we don't like it here....well we aren't. If anyone had enough money to go elsewhere we wouldn't be living in this slum in the first place. To get out of your lease is too costly, they have you over a barrel. Maintenance is a joke, they do nothing.Anything that is broken..stays broken. The staff in the office, now here comes the fun part.... the first ones that were here at the beginning of my stay were so unprofessional, they dressed like hookers and were uneducated idiots. The staff we have now at least "act" a little more professional, but everything you say to them...its in one ear and out the other. Tell them something is broken...its like talking to the doorknobs. Kids run wild here and destroy everything. Guess if you don't mind all the garbage they leave behind its fine, but it stays there till it rots. The walls are like paper and I can hear the neighbors when they go to the bathroom in the next apartment. Parking, thats a real treat. 1 numbered space per apartment, and 1 decal space. There are about a dozen visitor spaces for the almost 500 apartments, so skip having company because they have to park 1/2 mile away and still risk having their car towed. The tow trucks go through here every night like vultures, after the person who might be parked in a wrong space or too close to the line. All in all, this place sucks. Once I get out of this place I NEVER want to even come down the street again... 2 years in Hell is quite enough thank you. I agree with the person who said they would rather live in their car than to come back here to live. On a 1 to 10 rating with 1 bad and 10 excellent...I rate it a minus 15.

I too have lived here for 2 years. I would agree that the old manager had some issues. But, since the new manager started I think things have gotten a lot better. I never have problems getting things done from the maintenance guys. Yes, the vistor parking is a real problem. I believe that the setup for that was ok'ed from the old manager (per Patriot towing). You do need to realixe that you live in an apartment, and that you will hear things in other apartments. If you wanted quiet you should have moved into a house! I can hear the shower next door, but, I have never heard anyone going to the bathroom. The kids running around is a problem also, and I would like to see them not hang around all the time. The trash is a problem, as well as people picking up after their dogs. These are all problems of our little community. I wish that people would pick up after themselves and keep an eye on their children. I hope that the manager will take this to heart and try and come up with a solution. But bad mouthing her and the other guys that work here is not going to solve anything.

I used to live there and remember the tow trucks were like vultures. It was such a joke too because the first night I lived in my apartment they hadnt given me a decal and I had to go out in my pajamas and show my lease to the driver and raise hell. I still had to pay this guy $25 to take my car off his truck for some reason but that beat the $90 it cost at the time to get my car back. Kids ran crazy everywhere. The manager was a mean lady actually I saw her yelling at kids who were on their balcony while other kids were right behind her running unsupervised. There was a drug raid with swat and all when I lived there and not much later a shooting. Its a great place if your only alternative is homelessness or an apartment in Iraq.
