I LIVED IN ENGLAND RUN FOR TWO YEARS THEY R OUT OF CONTROLL.ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND DONT PROVIDE ANY OF THE SERVICES THEY SAY THEY R GOING TO PROVIDE.I HAD THE SWAT TEAM STORM MY APPARTMENT LOOKING FOR A ARMED ROBER THAT WAS SIGTED IN THE COMPLEX,I VE BEEN CHASED BY SEVRIAL DOGS (PIT BULLS)AND HAVE WENT WITHOUT A MAILBOX FOR SEVRIAL MONTHS.NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE A JUDGMENT ON MY CREDIT REPORT FROM THEM FOR BREAKING MY LEAS DO YOU BLAME ME ITS A VERY UNSANITARY PLACE AND WOUL STAY FAR AWAY ITS A JOKE. I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THIS AND THE GIRL LAUGHED AT ME NOT COOL.

I agree. Only real reason why i went with England Run north was the apt rental for the 3 bedrm, 2 bathroom w/ balcony special was only 863 a month. I just broke up with my previous bf/roomie. we moved in May 07. They were very slow minded about everything in the office. They would either tell you ahead of time about them coming to fix whatever in the apt around summer time, or be like me. Come out of the shower naked and find maintence guy in my closet fixing whatever. -Like he didnt know i was in the shower and couldnt have waited in the livingroom til i was done!?-. The whole rentals of the washer/dryer is --------. The way they have it set up is stupid. They have it set up that if you bring ur own washer/dryer it better be a small one cuz they dont give you enough space to close the hampting doors all the way or to be able to open the dryer door all the way to take ur clothes out. I told them I was trying to get out of the lease and they kept saying that me and him both had to sign the papers together not individual. I moved out sept. and been living with my parents since. I left some things at the apt. so i was going to go get a key from them and just go in..and get my things and be out for good. turns out bf left the apt without paying 2 months rent, taking my things and putting them in storage somewhere. I went and told them my side of the story. They say ooh alright we'll just charge you for 2 months rent. 2 weeks later I get a bill from them. 2,640.10 with collectors agency giving me notice. I gave them my information and told them that I didnt know where the bf is anymore. Somehow what i said in the office with stephanie got twisted and Im getting mail at my parents house for him, when i told them he and i are no longer on talking terms. If i had known they were like this..I would have never moved to England Run North. My pretty sure my credit is ----ed for next 7 yrs due to this misleading place. The parking is a joke too. You get one spot infront of the apt complex. You have better shot of getting good decal parking before its 4pm..after that you might as well park by the rental office and walk. They make it that you cant have friends come over, due to 3-4 visitor parking spots inbetween every complex building, and decal parking as well. The entire place is a joke and sadly im stuck with the apt bill for next year or so cuz i got screwed over. I would rather have gone to Fall Hill apt than england run north.
