Staff is misleading about the washer/dryer rentals, I was told units are quickly fixed or replaced but my dryer was messed up for 4 months until I refused to pay for the rental. Maintenance problems are not fixed in a timely manner. We got something fixed only because it was mentioned during their auditor review. I've been trying to get our toilets fixed for months and I've basically given up. They changed the hours of the 'gym' [which wasn't much to begin with], and don't always contact residents about important changes or notices [like trash being added to your water bill even though the compactor is always filthy because the company doesn't clean it out often enough]. They also give late notice [1-2 days] prior to apartment visits from them or other companies. Outside companies are not always monitored by the staff during these visits either. I also found the maintenance person's keys inside the lock of one of my neighbors doors, so that made me a bit nervous since anyone could've taken the keys and just walked into any of our apartments [my neighbor contacted maintenance to return the keys].

I've had no problem with parking, but some neighbors are rude. I've been woken up at various times of night due to loud music or fighting by those who live below me. Some visitors park in assigned parking spots. There is always trash surrounding the facility from mail and food, I'd like to think its from kids instead of adults but who knows. The parking lot is not well-lit but I still feel safe.

The apartments are very spacious and I like my apartment a lot, however I have to relocate to Richmond because of my job. If it were not for that fact I would probably extend my lease from sheer laziness and the apartment layout, but I think that the trash and disrespect from tennants and staff will get worse.
