When I first moved into this complex several years ago, I felt lucky to be living in such a fine place. The management then was racked with inept, phony, and dishonest staff. Unfortunately, despite being heralded as a breath of fresh air, nothing has changed!!!!! People can say what they want about Mary, but at least you knew she was phony and where you stood. This new staff tries hard to appear professional, caring and capable, but they are not!!! Just see and listen to the conversation they have outside of the office and you will see. I've been put off so many times it is criminal. I've been given the run around, been treated poorly and given more attitude than I care to stomach. They do no wrong and they do nothing. Like the earlier commenter said, if you move in, be prepared to do all the work yourself, including repairs. It is a shame that there is little to no recourse in this state for apartment dwellers. I'm not asking for perfect, just professionalism and respect. And the pet restriction is a joke. Unfortunately, it will take someone dying or getting bitten before they truly enforce this rule.

I lived there since 2000 and moved out in 2006. Same story as everyone else. Unfortunately, I did not have the money to move out earlier but now I enjoy a lovely home around the corner. Everytime I pass by the apartments on my way to work it makes me sick to look in that direction. When I see people living there I feel a sense of sorrow for them...like they're in a prison. If you have a choice, do yourself a favor and NEVER move there.
