I have been living here for a bit now. I have not had any real issues. The first week I was here my van did get towed. The office was out of decals and the tow company didn't see the little note they made (that said DO NOT TOW) But a phone call and 25 minutes later I had my van back. (no charge to me) But I have not had problems with neighbors and noise. I do see lots of unsupervised kids. But thats not this places fault. Parents need to watch their children. (and yes I am a mother- of 2, so there is no excuse to not watch your kids!)
I will say the garbage disposal sounds like a rocket shipped about to launch. And the drainage field needs cleaned really badly. I see ducks trying to swim and it's upsetting that they are getting stuck in with all the soda bottles and trash. The park needs more. It's kinda sad- but it will do. A baby swing would be very nice. On the plus side we are close to all kinds of things! Almost everywhere delivers. The apartments are spacious. Bring lamps!! Now, I have seen soo many complaints about the office staff. I do not see it at all. They have been soo nice and helpful to us. We had issues with Verizon and Comcast. (didnt have a phone for 14 days) They said here use the phone here. They let me sit at the desk and make important calls- to try to get my phone on. They have been excellent to us. Crystal is a sweet heart! They do keep up with the grounds- minus the drainage field!! Route 17's track can be nerve racking- but so can 95. My husband and I are glad we moved here! So- if you are looking for an apartment- These are good sizes and decent prices. We have a 3 bedroom with 2 baths and washer and dryer for 839. per month. That will go up- but hey it's a great move in special! It's well worth it to us.
