not a bad place, sometimes there are problems, but you have that everywhere you live i guess......the problems with the noise when we first moved in has ceased and all of my neighbors in my building are quite nice......we have only had one problem so far here and that was a misunderstanding i beleive ...other than that we have police comeing in and out of the area, not for problems but for prevention of such....and the more the merrier....i havnt seen any drug issues, or any perverts or anything. i checked teh sex offender registry and no one lives here that is nasty like that.....the managment staff has recently changed over so i cant speak for how they work or what they do, but im sure they will do fine...the area is neat and clean, i see maintenance now all teh time picking up trash and whatnot....really no complaints ....most people stop any noise at 10...and the floors are thick so you wont hear your neighbor much at all!!!!! a deffinate plus haha....my kids play outside all the time and its just an all around enjoyable place....a small gym, but hey a small one is better then no gym haha, a pool, and a play ground for the little ones......i would renew my lease in february but im missing north carolina too much...traffic in the dc metro area is crazy lol

I told you not to move here years ago. You should have read these posts and stayed away. I would rather sleep in a cardboard box than to rent from these people
