I lived in England Run Townhomes. My experience there was unforgettable!!! The unit itself was nice but the problems with everything else all came way too soon!! The maintenence, illegal actions of the management and staff, towings with no cause and no protection from management...etc.
I know for a fact that in the past few months there has been a unusually large amount of tenants moving out. In there desperation for $$$ I beleive that they are charging tenants an excess amount of money (as spoken from other tenants over $1000.00) on average. They need to renovate their units which are coming up on 5 years old. With the usual paint and carpet etc. They are doing it on the old tenants dime. We all need to get together and compare notes. There is obviously something going on here. I have rented all my life and never dealt with a company like this. So unless you are ready to dish out ALOTT of $$$ to keep up there aging units seek somewhere else to live!!!!
