England Run Townhomes are a great place to live when first looked at. The rent is a great price, the townhomes are huge, and it's in a great location. That's about where the positives end. The management is horrible. They don't call back when you need something. The dumpsters are disgusting, and no one ever did anything about all the trash lying around and the feral cats that resulted, despite several tenant complaints. The pool is gross with green mold growing along the edges and dirt and bugs in the water. The issue of parking is a story by itself. You have to be EXTRA careful where you park because they will tow their residents' cars in a heartbeat. Tow trucks monitor the parking lots nightly and will tow for the smallest infraction, no matter how long you've been living there or what the reason. The management claims that it is a "gated community," but the electronic gate works about 2 days out of the month. The rest of the time, absolutely anyone can get into the complex. I can say that despite the management, the maintenance people were always great, friendly and timely. Please beware before moving to this Hercules owned property. Looks may be deceiving.
