My wife has lost sleep cying over what these people did to her and to our family. The management of Fall Hill lied to our faces, on more than one occasion. They yelled and verbally abused my wife (and other tenants). They allowed convicted felons into their "Gated Community". There office, which includes their amenities, closed frequently during their normal business hours. When we tried to break our lease due to all of the problems, Cullen, Inc. stepped in and made everything worse. They would not return calls, we were even told to not call them or Fall Hill anymore if there was a problem. They sent the remainder of our bill to collections, without so much as talking to us first. Please, please steer clear of any property managed by Cullen, Inc.
