I have to say I am very disappointed with Fall Hill Apts. The management is a joke, they are lazy and negligent. The gym is a joke the hours are from 9am to 5pm (isn't it obvious most people are working) so they put nice equipment that looks new and i realized it is new because no one can ever use it! Also there is only one crappy, dirty playground which is on the west village side and has nothing for toddlers. The maintenance crew takes weeks to respond and hardly ever finishes the job. Also there is no way to contact the owners of this place so you can report all the crap that goes on with the management, its run like a tyranny. I strongly recommend you don not consider these apts, try right next door Crestview we had a pleasant experience unfortunately the timing was wrong.

I read this rating and have come to the conclusion, that someone is always going to have something to complain about. That is life. However, I live at Fall Hill Apartments and have never had a problem with anyone whom works there. Evreyone is very pleasant and is always there when myself or my husband have any concerns. Their maintenance staff is great too! They always come to my apartment in a timely manner.I extremely disagree about the employees being lazy.That is just non-sense!! In regards to the gym, i use it frequently and it is open from 9 until 6 during the week, and by the way they are open saturday and sunday. Some things cannot accomodate everyone, and sometimes you shouldn't take things out on the office staff..they have managers they answer to as well and if their corporate office wanted to open the recreational facilities 24 hours a day that would be at their iscretion. I am just trying to let everyone see both points of view. I love living here. i don't know much about Crestview, but that there apartments are smaller in size and more expensive. I checked them out before I moved here.

those gym hours are horrible!!! how is 9-6 helping anyone out who works and weekends okay just work out 2 days a week. that sucks.
