I considered living here, checked the place out thoroughly and chose against it. i was shown a one bedroom and was so little i couldnt see myself living there. My son and his wife have lived here for a year now. the apartment is very nice inside, however the noise level is one of the worse i've seen in apartment living(poor construction), and they do let anyone live here. I say this because children are not supervised outside. I saw one trying to break into a parked car and one was beating a sign with a stick, and pushing on it trying to loosen it from the ground. They called me one day, and said there were police all over the complex with their guns out looking for someone! very scary. Also, they have a huge parking problem and give absolutely no respect to tennants. you have to have a decal. If the decal is not available in time, you have to park in visitor parking. there were not enough visitor parking for the zillion people who move in daily, and his car got towed and had to pay for it. then he got a flat tire in his other car, didnt know it, and they towed it within the same week! he had to pay for this too! caused lots of frustration and several hundred dollars! did management do anything about it' NO! they cant wait to move out!!!! very inconsiderate management, dangerous place to live, and high noise levels and poorly constructed too. not worth the pretty apartment inside. there are many other places much nicer than this in a safer part of town, with better management and no parking issues.
