While its a cute little charming apartment somethings could be better. The specific apartment I was staying was very loud with the neighbors. I was sleeping one night in my living room and was awakened by a woman yelling at her kids. yes the walls are that thin. The neighbors are not very nice and friendly. That being said sometimes I did not feel safe at all. The apartments across the parking lot are dark and dim and scary.

When we first moved in my leasing agent messed up our paperwork. We had signed a 6months lease for x amount of dollars. Well she called us and told us that she messed up and that was only for 12 month leasers and it would be literally 100's more because there is a fee for a short lease and we wouldnt get our discount for working in town. This was after we already signed the lease and moved in under false pretenses by what this woman told us. We were highly upset and would never signed that lease if we knew that. It was resolved with one thing and not the other, dispite being their fault. Should have had lawyers involved. So warning, be sure your getting what you asked for.

However, Other than those mishaps. You get a lot for your money. I had a 2 bed 2 bath for cheap. Your close to just about everything in Fredericksburg. There is a pool playground gym tennis court and best of all.. washer in apartment! I moved to NOVA and that is very hard to come by. Parking was fine really. Some days were bad but most of the time it was fine. Staff did suck, I refused to deal with them my roomate did all that work. Only one or two were actually friendly. Cute aprtments, I just wish that the people were a little more nicer.
