When i first looked at the apartments they were really nice. I moved in and it was horrible the staff was RUDE and not easy to work with. Even when it came down to something minor. They had to alway be right. I had comfronted them when i moved in that i was having some personal issues and my main reason for these apartments was it was GATED. They never used the gate, so why have it. After explaining to them that i would appreciate it if they used it the still did not, i had my car striped and my front windshield busted with a huge rock. Plus i worked night shift and got home around midnight, and coming home was so scarey. I at one point was being followed in the parking lot by a group of guys, plus my neighor got her parked car hit by a drunk driver going way over the speedlimit. o and there were multiple vehicles vandalized in the complex as well. i would not recommend this complex to ANY ONE! RUDE, NOT SAFE, and not worth the cheap price in my opinion. I ended up breaking my lease because i could not take it anymore, i was pregnant and was not going to danger my own harm and my baby.

I know who you are! I am the neighbor who got her car hit by a drunk driver. I agree withyou a 100% the whole part of me moving here was cause of it being gated and felt somewhat safe. I have had nothing but problems since I have been here. It is not that cheap I found a 2 bedroom at salem run for 799 a month and the apartments there are much bigger and nicer. full size washers and nice porch or balcony and the bedrooms have 2 windows not just one. salem run is much better anyplace is better then fall hill apts also there is person who lives in my building who has a hearing problem which I know is not his fault and I am not trying to be rude but he has his tv up so loud at all hours of the night and early morning and I asked the rental office to ask him to turn it down and they say they have but he still will not turn it down. he stomps on the floor and gives dirty looks all the time and talks about me to the neighbors. I get alot funny looks from people I do not even know
