I have lived here for about 3 years, Never been late on rental or caused any trouble. I have beened moved to three apartments. 2 of the apartments have mold and recurring water damage, including the one I live in now. Getting a maitience person to come and fix the damage is slim to none. Getting the office to get back with you is non existant. I want to pay for it out of pocket so I don't get sick from the mold but they will not subtract it out of my rent. When they do fix something it is shabby and is prone to be fixed again in the future. This apartment complex is poorly managed but they will make sure you will pay your rent no matter what or you will be evicted ASAP. This is a very poorly manage Apartment complex. I have had a maintance issue with water for a week and no one has come to veiw or attempt to fix the problem. I can't use outlets in 2 of my room because of this problem. I have called them serveral times. Living here is a head ache and a stress case.
