I'll Pass

The rental office has changed, but the ladies that work in there still aren't suited for the job. My apartment isn't that bad, I wouldn't tolerate sockets out of the wall and all that nonsense. Maintenance has handled my issues in a timely fashion. However, I am extremely glad to be moving because I dont get assistance which means I pay full rent. For what I pay, I have found an apartment complex with greater amenities. The stairways in the morning and at dusk have not been adjusted so it is dangerous to leave in the morning or return in the evening and your stairway, which could be on a third floor, is not lit. I havent returned to check out the onsite laundry facility since the day I moved in two years ago because it was horrible. Maybe its updated. I would recommend this apartment to low income tenants who pay their rent on time. But if you make a decent wage and are looking for low income housing but can afford something better, look further.
