In truth not at all a bad place to live. How ever be prepaired for high gas bills during the winter. They do not have seperate gas meters on each apartment, they use an allocation method.This is pure crap and should be illegal. Water and sewer used to be included in the rent. No longer, they just sent me a notice asking if I would renew. They are not paying for water anymore
it will be billed using the allocation method meaning you like me would be paying for some one elses water and gas usage. Very high gas bill are common in the winter and the office staff's answer is just what you would expect. Its in your lease. They do take large dogs and do not have any breed restrictions which is a big plus.
All in all its a nice place to live. If they would continue to pay for water and sewer I would stay. There is a non refundable $275.00 reservation fee and a $300.00 or $400.00 non refundabale pet fee depending on the size of your pet.
