I would definitley recommend this place to others. It is pretty peaceful and very convienient and have rarely had any problems. Compared to other places in the area, Greenbrier is probably your best bet. The staff has been very helpful since I have encountered many problems with and ex-roomate and have made my process easier. Some don't agree with their allocation method with gas and water, but it is still fairly inexpensive. I paid twice as much when I lived in my 2 apartments at college. A must see.

I entirely disagree with the helpfulness of the staff. Every time I have had issues they have been very rude to me and unhelpful. Also paying extra for water and gas can add up.
