I have found Greenbrier is a wonderful place to live single or family. I have resided here (at Greenbrier) for over 2 years. Greenbrier has a movie rental program. You can check out 2 movies at a time, everyday if you want FOR FREE. There is always a new selection. I no longer rent from Blockbuster Video. The pool is very nice and always clean. Open late for those who work later ours (9a.m. to 9p.m.) There is a gas grill for residents to use at the pool anytime in the summer. They have a nice little park with a grill and plenty of lawn area to play, walk your dog, or even picnic. The landscaping is beautiful. Greenbrier also has a dog park and if you are just on a walk, they have 2 clean up posts with "doggie bags" and a trash can. Did I mention they have no restrictions on dog breed or weight' If your dog is over 40 lbs. you must live on the first floor. It is walking distance to college yet hid away from roads and traffic. 5-10 minutes from central park. The apartments are very nice. They have many floor plans to accommodate you needs and wants. The allocation method with gas and water are fair. They divide it between residents in the building. It is not unfair to a smaller household as the larger apartments get a bigger percentage. I am in a larger apartment and I do not mind paying a little more. The staff are excellent. They are fair and very friendly. Very professional and will help you with any questions or needs. Maintenance do same day repairs. They are fast friendly and very professional. I especially love how they make you feel at home. Our central air conditioning went out and till a repair could be made, a window unit was brought in. A very thoughtful staff!!!! Always smiling and very friendly. As of fees, I was told of everything I needed to pay very clearly. Some people do not read their lease or listen. We moved into a different apartment because we extended our family and needed a bigger residence. We had a smooth transition and are very happy about our stay here. Greenbrier is home!!!
