You don't want to live here. I've been a resident of Greenbrier Apartments for several months and am moving out. Even though the setting is pretty and everything seems lovely, this place is a disaster! I've had problem after problem here, none resolved to my satisfaction. Management is horrific, too (see below). Things were broken when I moved in that have yet to be completely fixed (ie - the air conditioner). The place stunk of cigarette smoke after the initial "clean" smell wore off. Even though I had the carpets cleaned TWICE at my own expense, it still reeks of smoke. My apartment was also infested with fleas when I moved in. Management tried to tell me that I brought them in, even though I only have two indoor cats who've never had fleas! It cost me $500 to eradicate the fleas from both the apartment and my pets. Management refused to take responsibility for any of the costs, even though I paid a hefty "pet fee" (to the tune of $900) prior to moving in. One neighbor in particular is extremely rude and obnoxious and I've had a number of items stolen from a common laundry area. Lastly, my apartment was broken into last weekend and several precious items were stolen. The perpetrators broke in through one of those lovely wooden patio doors the company uses to entice renters. Don't be fooled - they are NOT secure. The deadbolt was held in place by a 1/2 inch piece of wood. Once again, management refused to assume any responsibility and is trying to charge me an exorbitant "fee" to get out of my lease. Why' Because I didn't give them 60-days notice. In addition, they really didn't repair the door. They simply glued the wood back together. Well, I'm not safe there and I'm moving. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. The staff is useless and condescending and as one other reviewer said, they will stick you will every "fee" imagineable. The place looks nice on the outside but that's where it ends. It's an unsafe, expensive hovel.

PS- Parking is also terrible on weekends.
