The staff here will try to rob you. They extended our lease by a month, but did not tell us until we thought it would be over. Also they act very leniently with their pet fee, but should your pet die and you try to get a new one you have to pay the pet fee all over again because it is a "different pet". It is an asanine policy, that they will not bend. Also anytime you ask them to explain ANY of their policies they just say, "well its the corporate policy that they chose. we just uphold it." argh, so basically they know nothing.
