They are accommodating to a point. Had infestation of fleas, bombed the place 5 times, then they finally changed the carpet. Run out of hot water if too many residents shower in a short time frame. That was bad, went to work without a shower a couple of times. Parking is bad and trash facility is too small. A lot of trash sits outside the bins more often than not.
People in office not very sweet, accommodating but barely. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER THERE ARE BLACK PARTICLES IN IT. Had to use bottled water even for my teeth.
