Do you like feral cat colonies' Do you like no parking' Do you like being charged 600 dollars in "damages" upon leaving' Do you like having your car towed even though you're not in one of the areas designated to be repaved' They towed dozens of people during their repaving, even though they were only supposed to pave one side of the lot. The dumpsters always overflow on to the road. The office staff is rude and incompetent, which is quite the amusing combo when you're locked into a 1 year lease. I know a lot of people from UMW who lived there and they all had similar stories. This is not worth the money. Shop around for another place, if you live here you will regret it.
