The buildings were constructed in 1989 and very little has been done to keep them up. Water pipes burst several times a year in each building - too much pressure. The staff changes hands constantly...you never know who is running things. The current office staff (---------'') is rude and uninterested in what you have to say. She could care less if you are having maintenance problems or any type of problem. There are many vacancies here for a reason - everyone is moving to higher ground to avoid the impending flood from the water main breaks. There are many other great locations in Fredericksburg - keep looking. Also, the Manor at England Run is also managed by UDRT - beware!! :)
