I just moved into The Greens and have found my stay pleasent so far. I was extremely happy with the fact that when I moved in my apartment it was clean and ready for me to setup my home. I have lived in other apartments that I have had to go in the day I move and clean the apartment from top to bottom. It was also a great suprise to see that I have all new appliances in my apartment including a washer and dryer.
Also Kristin was very nice and helpful when I moved in. I was moving in on a Friday and was caught in traffic, Kristin stayed and waited for me to come sign my lease and give me the keys after the office had closed for the day.
