Well having a 100 pound dog there aren't many open doors for my husband and I, but the greens doesn't have a weight limit so we chose this place. The girls in the office are kind and have been really tolerable with us (late rent, being noisy). The only issue I have is the apartments are falling apart and it takes a long time before the maintainace guy comes to fix it. Although they are rebuilding some of the apartments, but no matter how much they remodel it wasn't built right in the fist place. They would have to knock down and rebuild to not have frequent complaints. For example the tiles on the showers are put right on dry wall with nothing in between. Our shower collapsed because the moisture broke down the drywall behind the tiles. They also touch up the apartments instead of repainting. And if you have an animal they refuse to change the carpet although you pay 300 nonrefundable dollars for the animal and 20 dollars in doggy rent each month. The pool is never open..Only during their office hours 8-5, as if we don't have day jobs' The jacuzzi is always being repaired and is also only open during buisness hours.But I do enjoy my stay here, but it could be better. Also, there are no lights in the parking lots so vandalizm isn't far fetched.
