I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have NO PEACE. My neighbors across the street hang out ALL night, have cars and people in and out all day and all night. No one in the house works. They hang on my side of the street and when I come out to go to work there's trash everywhere, which makes it look like I did it. One night my son woke me up to noise outside his window, I go to the window to see 2 people standing and having sex (they lived across the street). I wrote the office a LONG letter, NO CHANGES, but they claim to have this warning policy. To make matters worse their friends just moved in beside me, so now I have double trouble. Music all hours of the night. I'm afraid to let my children go outside. They smoke marijuana right outside my door.
Not to mention the office and maintenance. Two years in a row I wanted to hang Christmas lights out, I asked them to repair the electric socket outside, 2 years in a row. They put in a ticket, or so they say, but nothing was ever fixed. Whenever anything else is wrong, it takes maintenance at least a week to come look at it. My Air Conditioner went out twice this summer. I had to MOVE out for 1 week because it took them a week to order a new compressor. They wouldnt prorate my rent even though I had hotel receipts. I had to leave, my children have asthma. They could have died in the heat. Them it went out again, so apparently it wasn't fixed right the first time.
The ladies at the office are not helpful, but quick to leave a note on your door. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THE TOWING COMPANY THEY WERE USING TO TOW CARS WITHOUT THE STICKER STOLE YES STOLE MY CAR!!! I HAD A STICKER AND THEY TOOK IT ANYWAY. WHEN I WENT TO GET IT THEY MADE ME PAY. THEY TOOK THE STICKER OFF MY CAR, IT HAD ONE ON IT AND I KNOW IT, I PUT IT THERE. THE OFFICE WAS NO HELP. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THEM ALL TO COURT. I WILL NOT RENEW THE LEASE AGAIN. I'M RUNNING AS FAR AND AS FAST AS I CAN FROM THAT GHETTO PLACE. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
