I have lived here for the last two years and never had a problem until now; however, in the last six months a couple of residents, myself included, had put their rent in the night deposit and had the check lost. When notice was given that rent was not received we went to management asking to be allowed to pay our rent without the late fee since they lost our check we were refused, forced to pay the late fee anyway and responsible for the stop check on the check they lost. Overall this is a great place to live, but be sure you get a receipt for your money. We were also told when we signed our lease that our rent would not change, although it wasn't included in our contract, yet at our first renewal it went up.
