The staff is very friendly but what is very important to me is the safety of my children and when I need something maintained or repaired that it be done in a timely manner. I know that the maintenance people are extremely busy but if it cannot be repaired in a timely manner at least let the resident know you appreciate there business by acknowledging they have a problem and will be back to fix it in a designated time.
