I have lived in KC for 3 months now. The complex is secure, and the gate is usually closed aside from inclement weather. I have, however, noticed lately that people have screens sitting on their front porches, smashed blinds in their windows, trash on the playgrounds, dogs using the bathroom on the grass without clean-up, the trash overflowing in the trash area, and more. When discussing these issues with management, they say they are going to look into these matters, yet the problems still exist. There is one woman in management who I overheard being very unkind to a resident on the phone yesterday. When her call was completed, she went on to demean this resident to others in management right in front of me. I hope that they would be more professional in the future.
