I was one of the original tenants, staying temporarily until our home was finsihed. Naturally there were construction delays, but anyone who's ever had a home built understands. I'm not certain if any of the original staff remains, but Kristen, Tisha and Maleeka were awesome, however the manager seemed a little clueless and normally referred our concerns to the assistant on most occasions. At the time the rates were extremely reasonable, Kilburn and Brittany Commons were the only 2 nice apartment communities in the area. Depending on the staff, I would definately rent again if I needed to.
