I live here now simply because it is to expensive to live further north. From the moment I got here things literally started falling apart. There is only one maintenance man for 220 apartments and they have no intentions of hiring help for him so it takes forever to get anything done. The grounds are poorly kept, gym time is limited, there is one dumpster for the entire property (not emptied on fridays and weekends), and they tow your car for pretty much the smallest reasons (good luck with the towing company as well). As for noise, I'm on the third floor so I dont have that problem but I feel for the people living on any of the other floors. With the exception of one staff member, they're all pretty rude after you have signed a lease. Furthermore, they advertise a gated community, as of this posting the gate has been broken for 3 weeks and they have no clue when it will be fixed. Theonly good thing about this complex is its proximity to the shopping areas.
