1.The walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING! This includes the floors. Unless you are on the third floor you will hear every step your neighbor makes.
2.Appliances are cheap,cheap,cheap! And when they break...Good luck on getting them fixed or repaired
3.Office staff...Watch out they are somtimes nice to your face and they will turn around and lie and deny things when problems surface.
4.Towing. Who needs a sticker' They tow whether you have one or not...Go to corporate if you encounter this one the office will not help you much!
5.Make sure you have everything documented and in writing. If not it will haunt you later.
6.Noise complaints. Why bother asking for help. The office tells you to call the police which causes hostile neighbors. If the walls were insulated and not built so poorly we would not have these problems.
7.Dog crap.
8.Trash dumpster always overflowing on weekends.
9.The gym is hard to get into unless you purchase the pass for $25. Then the hours are still limited.
10.The pool is too small for a community of this size. The deepest part of the pool is about 5ft in the center.
11.Cheap paint...Don't touch the walls. When you try to clean them from fingerprints or anything else they look worse. The paint is like chalk. And this is luxury'''
12.Management does not enforce the rules to all tenants. The police will come to certain apartments for domestic violence,however the tenant has never been evicted. In the lease it states that this is automatic eviction for this behavior and for the police to intervene.
Please use this as a reference. This was only our experience. Would I recommend this place. NO WAY! Run....
