I moved in 2 weeks ago and I have had no problems. Nicole helped me with everything and was really patient with all of my questions. I looked at a lot of places in Fredericksburg and Kilburn Crossing was the best by far. If you want something nice and nice office staff and maintenence, come here, Im sure you will love it too!
