If we are rating on appearance, Kilburn Crossing is the nicest community around. My move-in experience was similiar to the last commentor's. I dealt with 2 different people when I moved in and got 2 different monetary amounts as well...it turned out that the blonde new more than the dark haired lady that sits in the front, which didn't suprise me being that I was warned about dealing with her. It's hard to beleive that they do only have one maintenance person for this entire community, which is why the maintenance request take so long to complete. The gate has been broken about 2 or 3 times, but always seems to get fixed in a timely manner. One thing that you have to understand is that we rented apartments and should expect to hear some noise. Being in a Management position myself you can't really blame the Management, you have to blame their Managers, which is probably their owners...if they are not giving the tools required to succeed then how can they make things better'

Which is exactly why they shouldn't have opened this place without adequete help. You pay excess rent to live here on top of a great amount to leave prior to lease being up. In some cases not being the fault of the tenant. Yet you feel they can't afford to hire more help. Yet they have four people in the main office when more people need to be on the grounds and completing maintenance. I don't feel bad for them at all. Poor planning, too little help,misled tenants excesseive tenant fees, $3,210 on move out prior to lease being completed = DONT LIVE HERE. Search elsewhere.

Does any one out there know the parent company address? The management would not give it to me. I believe that the owners of this place should be made aware of policies and procedures going on here. This place fails in costomer relations and maintenance/repairs.
