it may be okay when u do the things the lease office want u to do, but when u have problems, that something don??t work then u will be real upsad, because it takes them forever to fix the problems. They r trying to tell u that they will take care about it, but it takes them forever.
Anyway the people that work here seem to be nice and helpful and they tell u everything u wanna hear, but they r not authorized and what is even worst in the situation that they can help u.
I live here quite awhile and i talked to my neighbours and nobody is really happy to live here, all of them cant wait to that their lease end and can move out here....why ' i never saw a place like that where so many people move in and out all the time, i see transporters and movers every weekend - i think the management is not happy about that, and thats exactly where they have to start, help ur renters and be there for them, not only when they come and wanna sign the lease...customer service is the keyword make ur customers happy and help them because thats ur job and dont hold straight what the contracts say, because there r allways ways to get around them, specially when u want good ratings and advertisement.

I completely agree! High turnover. They do stress they can help u when they really can't. To make it worse they pawn their excuses on the true property management who they tend not to disclose to you as a tenant.
