I READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE PRIOR TO MOVING IN. HOWEVER, I DID NOT REALIZE HOW ACCURATE SOME OF THE COMPLAINTS WERE UNTIL I ENCOUNTERED SOME OF THE SAME ISSUES. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR TWO MONTHS AND CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY 6-MONTH LEASE HAS ENDED. I WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT MOVES ME ABOUT EVERY TWO YEARS. I HAVE LIVED IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMMUNITIES. KILBURN IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THE STAFFS INABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IMPORTANT DETAILS TO RESIDENTS HAS CAUSED SEVERAL ISSUES FOR MYSELF AND OTHER RESIDENTS RESULTING IN FINANCIAL LOSS. WHILE SEARCHING FOR AN APARTMENT I CALLED THE STAFF AT KILBURN 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND WAS QUOTED A DIFFERENT RATE EVERYTIME. OF COURSE, THE RATE WENT UP EVERYTIME. THE STAFF IS UNORGANIZED AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO LIVE HERE. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!! DON'T DO LIKE I DID AND FIND OUT THE HARD WAY.

I've been here eight months and have had nothing but trouble with the management. I have phone jacks and cable outlets that do not work. I've had a loner vehicle towed,in the dead of night by the way (sometime after 9PM and before 6AM). Wonder what their kickback is for the tow fee? I would not recommend this place to anyone. Anyone out there know a way to contact the parent company or owner? The office would not give me this information. Who can you complain too??

It used to be Cullen Properties. Their office is located right beside the Fredericksburg Post Office. But upon searching the web it appears they no longer are affiliated. Good Luck. I have been in your shoes. The office does get a percentage from each tow. I will never live in another apartment again after living at Kilburn.

I have finally moved out and I am still having problems. I am just trying to get back my security deposit. I lived there less than 6 months and had no damage. They are totally giving me the run around. I have called the corporate office. I just want my money back from the deposit on the apartment and the fitness room. This place is horrible and I am so glad I am gone.

Wow, seems like everyone had a towing issue! Did you read your leases??? And to the person who seems to THINK that Management gets a percentage of each tow, your wrong. I'm a resident who actually has been to Management several times complaining about parking...all of the spaces are taken up by unauthorized tenants, who don't wish to be on a lease for one reason or another. I'm glad that they tow, if they didn't we'd have all kinds of problems here.

"callmejamie" you should be considered unauthorized to post a legitimate comment, because of people like you I get my car towed in the middle of the night and I am a paying resident. Unless you know for sure that these people are illegitimate then do us all a favor and stop calling the towing company. So when I have to get up and go to work at 0500 to protect your ass my transportation isn't in some back alley towing lot that doesn't have an office I can get ahold of! My sincere thanks to your oustanding neighborhood watch actions!
