This complex is a MESS... literally. I just went to throw my garbage out at the dumpster... only to see that the trash is stacked 4 feet high in the compacter, and there are piles and piles of trash bags lined up on the sidewalk... DISGUSTING. After a recent wind storm, I have piles of sticks, huge pieces of tree and branches everywhere in my breezeway and patio/backyard... no one has cleaned that yet. Also, I fell the other night at the mailboxes because the complex failed to put down salt during an ice storm. Since this is a gated community you would expect to have to open gates to get IN and to LEAVE the complex... WRONG. For at least a week now, the huge metal gates have been locked OPEN, so anyone can come and go as they please... no need for my gate code i guess. I also heard that they fired all of the maintance men, with no one to take the places... no loss there though... it took me 3 days to get my toilet fixed so it was USEABLE.

the noise in these apartments is HORRIBLE. absolutely HORRIBLE. you have people blasting music that you can hear like its in your own apartment.. you can hear people walking about you, you can hear anything and everything that goes on.

parking is great if you LIVE here. if you dont have a parking sticker you must use visitor parking. however- there are only 5 visitor parking spaces for 2 buildings!! and beware... tow trucks drive around the grounds with their flash lights looking in windows of cars for stickers so they can tow you.

This is supposed to be a "luxury" apartment... i feel like im living in a college dorm.. spend your $1300/month on a mortgage! do NOT rent here...
