My wife and I moved in a while back and overall the apartment is nice. However, there have been issues that tend to re-occur whenever the front office is involved. They are particularly slow at resolving issues, and my experience is certainly not unique. There is a particular staff member who works one of the front desks, and has consistently proven to be very unreliable at processing my numerous requests. Also, recently there is now a commercial food truck that parks in the front of the complex. This contributes to our community looking slummy. I will probably move to another apartment complex in Fredericksburg upon completion of our lease. Hopefully someone will read this and take the appropriate action, as an outstanding tenant is considering moving!
