We moved in 2.5 years ago and were very pleased with the apartment. The front office was always very friendly and more than willing to help us out. Any maintenance issues we had were always taken care of within a few days. Everything changed when the front office staff changed. They are some of the most unfriendly people I have met and act like you are nothing but a disturbance to them. The grounds have never looked worse! An old couch sits next to the dumpster for over a month, dog feces in the stairwell and on the sidewalks, playground garbage cans no longer have trash bags in them, and food refrigerator truck make the grounds look unkempt. Fortuantely we had plans to move out. The last straw was when I called to check on our deposit check refund, I gave the leasing agent my name and she said, "What'". How rude. Then she tried to argue with when I moved out. All she had to do is nicely explain, I know you moved out on ....,but the notice to leave was written as .... and that is the day we go by. Instead she was very confrontational. It is really ashame that the change of hands has cast a negative image on what used to be a pleasant place to live.
