I moved into this apartment just last year and am moving out at the end of my lease this month. It is a nice apartment, but the price is outrageous for what you have to put up with. When I moved in, the place was not cleaned nor was it painted. I could see all the holes and patches. The carpet is so dang cheap that you can feel all the bumps, grooves, and settlement cracks. If we call to request a work order, it just gets ignored until we call and bug them 10000 times! Too many pets as well! All you hear are the neighbor dogs barking and there is poop that is never picked up. And what is with the 75 page lease they make you sign' I did not BUY this apartment! I am not in a mortgage with this place (thank god for that)! There was never any paperwork asking us if we wanted to re-sign our lease nor any paperwork reminding us what to do when we move out. I rarely interact with the staff only because the one or two times I did, they weren't very friendly or helpful. I try to steer clear of those type of people. The staff also tries to stick you with other renters dues/problems. Get it right the first time people! We are also not very happy with having to sit at a pointless security gate that is broken way too much. It's also dumb that we sit and sit and sit when somebody tries to get in but can't. What is the purpose of that stupid gate anyway' It doesn't prevent the solicitors that continually come knocking on our door or leave pamphlets at it! Finally, what is with the change in the renters here' It's just not the best choice for your money! Glad to finally be moving out and becoming a home owner! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
