I've actually been a resident for two years and the end of my lease cannot come soon enough. The first year I lived there the management was very friendly and things looked good. The second year took its toll with a sudden change of staff. They started getting people in cheap in the $800's while the loyal residents such as myself were paying over a $1,000. With a staff of overweight ladies who give you dirty looks when you come in or put in a request, it's like working with a bag of rocks. With dog turds steaming on the porch of one particular resident, people leaving trash outside their door, broken railing,ETC. the list just goes on and on. So there it is, a few reasons why I'm glad my lease is ending soon.

I don't totatlly agree with tour review. I have lived here since 5/07.When I had an issues, the previous property manager was never availiable and she did not return any of my phone calls. The current property manager is by the book, but she is always availiable and resolved all of my issues. The leasing staff has been very helpful and accomodating, Especially the one that sits in the front office. The grounds are will maintained. My lease expires the end of Dec and I will be renewing for another year.
