i am just goin to get straight to the point. if you read this and still rent from this place you are stupid. i will start with the arrogant, rude, misleading, unprofessional, people that are working here. those girls and one guy are all of those things minus the repair guy billy. they will lie straight to your face. and o yes they will be very nice and humble at first but once you sign those papers is when there attitude changes. O and i forgot they are lazy also. caught one of them in a few lies and when you ask them for there person that owns the property so you can go above there heads they will refuse to tell you or change the subject. about the apartments yeah they look nice but once you stay there for one day you will change your mind first the vents to heat the apartment are on the ceiling and when it is cold out side it gets very drafty in there cause heat rises so there is like no heat in the bedrooms. then i can hear the person going to the bathroom above us and not just flushing the toilet. (yuck)then apparently all of the pipes are linked together so if you try to do dishes then you have to keep hitting the garbage disposal 4 or 5 times to get the water to go down. very noisey you can hear everything outside. when i first moved in i gave them a list of thing that needed to be fixed and then i had to give it to them again and again and 4 times till they finally got it but it didn't matter cause the things are still not fixed. then after moving in i found out that some people have to pay certain fee and other ones don't like fee that other people don't have to and i am not talking for pets which everyone has around here and there is dog poop everywhere. anyway you will really regret it. and if you don't believe it then just when you see someone outside ask them what they think about this place. before you sign the papers. and i bet you they will tell you no. i talk to people after and i regret it so much.

go to Faifield-Properies.com and tere will be a resident comment section that you can submit to their corporate office. That sometimes is the only way things are handled.
