My mother and I were the first tenants to live in our apartment...we moved in when the complex was still being finished. At first the staff was great. In the 2 years we lived there...there was a HUGE turnover rate in the office. Then came JOAN...the property manager...what a B*%#&!!! We had an issue one time when my mother paid the rent on the 5th...the last day of grace period...and the office was closed...EARLY...so she left it in the drop box figuring someone was showing the property. Well a few days later...we received a late notice. My mom called and talked to the staff and was told there was no way the office was closed when she dropped off the rent. They were rude and refused to cooperate. Not only that but our apt and SEVERAL others in our building started getting a black residue all over EVERYTHING. The office claimed it was due to CANDLE BURNING''' Come on...we were not having sayonces...SP' We burned one candle if that. So we were forced to pay for carpet cleaning and painting because we burned CANDLES' The apts were so airtight'' What a joke. Seriously consider another place before moving here!!!

Personally I thought the apartments were great. No problems and I was extremely happy with everyone there. I loved the fact that it was a gated community and they have "get-what-you-pay-for" rates out of any apartments I have seen. I really enjoyed the place.
