My husband and I moved into Malvern Lakes a little over a month ago. Since then we have been completely satisfied. The staff here is great and extremly helpful. When we moved in they asked us if there was anything we needed fixed in our apartment, we informed them of what needed to be done *very minor things* Less than 1 week later everything had been fixed. The leasing office called a few weeks later to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything else. In addition, it is a very quiet area and great place if you are looking for you and your family!!
