Clean community all apartments and amenities are new and well kept. Extremely quiet place don't hear a sound. Apartments very clean and big and spacious. Office staff very professional and polite. I vote Malvern Lakes as #1 Most Beautiful Luxury Apartment Community in Fredericksburg! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone!!! Me and my family love it here.
